Hino rewards dealerships for increased focus on customer satisfaction

For the first time ever, Hino dealerships will vie for a Customer Satisfaction Award at the upcoming Hino Dealer of the Year awards.

“At Hino, we’re driven to do more for our customers, and this prestigious new customer award is the perfect example,” said Bill Gillespie, Hino Motor Sales Australia General Manager - Brand and Franchise Development.

“Our priority is for customers to see Hino as their reliable business partner, which is why we have introduced this award, and also included customer satisfaction as part of the overall scorecard in our Dealer of the Year awards,” he continued.

“Hino is leading the way with new initiatives for our customers and part of that focus is to reflect the ‘voice of the customer’ with a Customer Satisfaction award at the dealership level - the inaugural award will be one of the pre-eminent ones presented on the night.

“It rewards dealers for providing outstanding customer experience outcomes during the sales process.”

Gillespie cited the Hino Advantage suite of business-building tools such as HinoTraq Telematics, in-house customer care centre and fixed-price servicing as recent examples of the truck manufacturer’s increasing commitment to its customers.

The Hino Dealer of the Year awards will be held on 22nd April in Sydney.
